I know you did not ask me this question but I'll answer anyway. I live in Az. and that is my primary home defense weapon and it is legal here, but you may want to check your state's gun laws just to be sure.That weapon is also a great way to get rid of punkins after haloween.

Thanks. Sometimes I go camping with it, cause we have bears over here in NM, and they sometimes break windows and climb in cars and trucks. I camp in the back of my truck.

It's legal in Oregon too, I have Mossberg mod 500 pump, with double pistol grips.
After firing six or seven fast rounds of 3" mag 00 buck through it, I have a take breather, it really kicks...
2 3/4" 00 buck isn't so bad... :-)
