[history]
It is understandable that now, more than ever, Americans want to feel safe. Our basic sense of security has been shattered by the events of Sept. 11. But now more than ever we must respondto our fear and uncertainty with common sense and calm, not hysteria.

Occasionally I camp in Colorado where there are some pretty big mountain lions.

If you are going to quote all the anti-gun nonsense in this forum, I strongly advise you to GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT, you don't have any idea what you are talking about. I am a firearms collector and I shoot quite a bit. and the last time I shot anyone, it was in the Persian Gulf War. I had to do that so bleeding hearts like you wouldn't have to pay $6.00 for a gal. of gas

Hey, Rebecca, get a big piece of tagboard and a wooden post and make a sign that reads "THERE ARE NO GUNS IN THIS HOME" and place it in your front yard. You'll feel safer and you'll really be getting your message out!

I use a bow... the kids can't pull the string and intruders love the change of pace. They see the pointy sharp end and they piss their pants imagining the horror of impact. And besides, its adds more challenge to the sport of terrifying intruders.

Would it be considered hysterical to put the boom on the first idiot in a heavy coat that jumps up and yells "Allah Clark Bar" in a crowded business? I may just be feeling giddy and hysterical that particular day. Is that so wrong?

I have learned over the years that liberals know that they can not control their emotions, they don't trust themselves with a gun. They believe that everyone is like that.

12 gauge pump, 18" barrel. About 250-300 for a good shotgun.

yeah, the enemy within will never learn and has no interest in the truth. i do agree, though, that suicidal liberals and the stupid sheeple that don't *teach* and *demand* their children to stay away from and respect firearms, should not own guns. they make law-abiding, sane gun-owners look bad every time they 'off' themselves with one!

The first
"More guns won't make us safer" posting.
"A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed." - Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
Thank you for flying Liberty Airlines
Have a safe flight.
Please download and sign the Petition to Attorney General Ashcroft, asking him to enforce the Second Amendment.
Congress has provided (Article I - Section. 8, U.S. Constitution) the Militia with the means to arm themselves: CMP (Civilian Markmenship Program).

More guns in our homes and on our streets will not make us safer. Hey Rebecca, since I would never use a gun in your presense, or even to save your life (wouldn't want to offend your sensabilities such as they are), I gotta agree with your statement. Us is the operative word here. Good luck to you Rebecca.

People, it's the Red Star Tribune. They are as commie as it comes. I live in St. Paul...the capitol of the state of Minnesota. We just call them the commies across the river, cause.....they are. Nothing to see here, let's just move along!

7. Bread is made from a substance called "dough." It has been proven that as little as a teaspoon of dough can be used to suffocate a lab rat. The average American eats more bread than that in one day!...

"It is understandable that now, more than ever, Americans want to feel safe. Our basic sense of security has been shattered by the events of Sept. 11. But now more than ever we must respondto our fear and uncertainty with common sense and calm, not hysteria."Sound, sage advise; I've been advocating much the same on this board since our nation was attacked.
Then, the wheels come off as this jouranlist/imbecile goes after our second amendment rights.
These "journalists" {gag} are obsessed with some seriously flawed Utopian delusions.

I would be hysterical if I was in a position to prevent a crime with a gun, and didn't have one because of some socialist law! Hi Mercuria...

More guns probably won't make me safer, but then again we have over 50 here. A .50 BMG rifle would round out the abilities of our collection though, so maybe one more would help.
