Actually only citizens can vote. When I served I recieved citizenship.

I see you read my profile, so you should know. I saw what was beoming of this country. I didn't want to be involved in a war I didn't agree with. A few years later we were bombing Christians in Serbia on Easter, I'm glad I got out in time, they might have had to throw me in jail for disobeying orders.
