The problem is that the establishment of Israel in Palestine in 1948 was an imbecility on the same scale as Woodrow Wilsons establishment of Checkoslovakia after WWI

We need to correct this error before we have another World War. We should grant all Israelis immediate US Citizenship and bring them here. We should convert Jerusalem into a Religious Theme Park run by Disney or Warner, or Six Flags. We should return the rest of the territory to the Palestinians.

The Jews lost any right to land in the Midle East when the Romans destroyed Jerusalem over 1900 years ago. It was hubris for the Allies to try to give them someone elses land in 1948.
