Someone make sure that "Slick Willie" hears about this. It may be our only chance to rid ourselves of him for a while.

"she might fall a little short of her one million "Johann" a day quota."

In drive-thrus, one isn't expected to leave a tip ... what do 'ya think the protcol will be here? We have to provide a little something for those not meeting their daily quota ... minimum wage won't cut it.

Maybe Miss Manners or Martha knows ... I'll go ask.

Wonder if God will think this this practice and the comments on this thread are funny. Guess we will all have to wait and see. Personally, I don't think these comments are funny. My hunch is--neither does God.

It's stupid to use tax money for this, that's socialism. We should let private compamies invest and buld them :)

Actually, this could be considered a perfect union of government and the private enterprise working together: They supply the buns and you supply the meat...

As I am married to nice German lass I kept away from this thread

Smart move, but if she learns of your deceit, your impertinance could warrant significant and immediate sanctions; She might identify the actual ingredients of the German dishes she prepares for you. There's a reason why the Germans are historically motivated to "approach, embrace, discipline and lead" their soverign European neighbors, you know. LeBeau cooked most of the important meals on "Hogans Heroes", if I recall. I rest my case tony.

I guess they were working on this project when I was there in March. Koln is a great city, I hit one of the traditional brew hauses there. Never really liked sausages and kraut until I had some along with a large glass of the weissbrau.

Ultimately, I suppose this will cut down passenger count on the Thalys to Amsterdam. But then again, if selection is your bag the red light district is a smorgasbord.
