Osama, do you feel the rope tightening?

Osama, do you hear Mohomad Atta screaming your name in the pitts of hell?

Osama, do you sleep while knowing the Snakeaters are waiting outside your cave?

Osoma, can you enjoy your last meals knowing your death is minutes away. Can you feel the ghosts of your victims anticipating your arrival on the other side?

Osoma, can you see the executioner's grin as the hood is placed over your head? Do you question your faith as the trap door squeeks under neath your booted feet.

Osoma, we are coming .... and we are going to send you to hell. And your grave will be spat on by millions of Americans while we subject your people to western ideologies, Chrisianity and we will build more bases on your precious Saudi Arabia to defile Mecca and Medina. And long after your gone your descendants will eath Hot Dogs and your daugters dres like Britney Spears. Burn in hell you maggott!

I just knew someone would post that. How terribly inconvenient scripture often is!

"No man comes to the Father but by me."

This was spoken by Jesus and unless I am mistaken, the Muslims do not accept Jesus. Yes we are saved by grace and not by works, but that is through the blood of Jesus. Sorry, but unless this Atta had a last second conversion, we can pretty safely assume he isn't enjoying Heaven right now.

I doubt it. Nothing escapes from hell. That's the point.

While I agree with the "bloodthirsty" atitude of the writer, I have to point out a few things.

One, these terrorists are not afraid to die by violent means.

Two, these terrorists will use any weapon to gain their objectives, the destruction of Israel and America.

Three, any death would only increase the "prestige" of Al Queda.

What should happen in the event that Usama bin Laden is captured alive is this.

1. His trial should be public, in accordance with Islamic law.

2. His crimes against women and children, which the Koran strictly forbids, except in special circumstances, should be announced to the world.

3. His conviction and sentence should be according to Islamic law that is defined in the Koran as DEATH by BE-HEADING.

4. Sentence should be carried out PUBLICALLY in accordance with Islamic law.

Now, why the use of the Koran or Islamic law to try and execute bin Laden?

First, his crimes against the US are not just against a country, but against innocent men and women. The Koran strictly forbids this.
Two, Use of the law and religion bin Laden so adamantly proclaims as his guide to his actions will make the rest of his organization think twice about any further acts. Reason being as execution in this manner does not allow one into Paradise, which the terrorist believe their actions guarantee.

Execution of the sentence, be-heading, should be done in public in front of a mosque, as is directed in the Koran.

We have to fight this war with the same weapons and beliefs that the terrorists use to justify their actions. Only in this way can win defeat their fanaticism.

This type of action has been used in the past. During the Phillipine Insurrection after the Spanish-American War, Col. John J. Pershing used the threat of spattering of pigs blood and burial in pigskin to bring the Imams and rebelious tribes under control. The tactic worked so much so that Pershing was made an honorary cheiftan.

I could be wrong, but I do't think so.

I always read that as it being Jesus's option. In other words, Jesus is the judge. I do not see it as a formulaic process. Most of the time it looks to me like Jesus used some common sense and went beyond appearance and ritual. Atta had to stand before him and be judged. In Atta own heart and mind, do you think he saw his actions as sinful? Or very sacred and religious?

I read that he is very afraid of dying, isn't that a boot to the head?

"Therefore, I think it more likely he is in Heaven than Hell. "

I would not say it is more likely he is in heaven. I just don't know what his eternal fate is. I am not fit to pronounce judgement on anyone's eternal soul. Only God can actually read your heart and see what factors lead to the things you have done in your life. I get no solace from thinking that ANYONE is in hell. I do get solace from knowing he is now in the hands of God who will reward or punish him exactly as he merits.

Agreed. God don't consult me too often or ask my opinion. But please note I said "probably" and "likely."

I always read that as it being Jesus's option.

Well that's an interpretation that I have never heard. I'm sorry but it doesn't work that way. To put it in simple words, Jesus showed himself to be true God. He died with the burden of our sins so that we can be forgiven. Through His suffering, death, and resurrection we can know eternal life with God. But (this is the most important part) He is the only path. There is no other way. That path requires that one accept that He is true God. There aren't different versions; one way and one way only.

From another thread. Atta's last words:

"Everybody hates death, fears death," "But only those, the believers who know the life after death and the reward after death, would be the ones who will be seeking death."

"Remind yourself that in this night you will face many challenges. But you have to face them and understand it 100 percent. . . . Obey God, his messenger, and don't fight among yourself where you become weak, and stand fast, God will stand with those who stood fast."

"You should pray, you should fast. You should ask God for guidance, you should ask God for help. . . . Continue to pray throughout this night. Continue to recite the Koran."

It continues: "Purify your heart and clean it from all earthly matters. The time of fun and waste has gone. The time of judgment has arrived. Hence we need to utilize those few hours to ask God for forgiveness. You have to be convinced that those few hours that are left you in your life are very few. From there you will begin to live the happy life, the infinite paradise. Be optimistic. The prophet was always optimistic."

"Keep a very open mind, keep a very open heart of what you are to face," the document says. "You will be entering paradise. You will be entering the happiest life, everlasting life."

"I pray to you God to forgive me from all my sins, to allow me to glorify you in every possible way."

"Oh, God, open all doors for me. Oh God who answers prayers and answers those who ask you, I am asking you for your help. I am asking you for forgiveness. I am asking you to lighten my way. I am asking you to lift the burden I feel."

"Oh God, you who open all doors, please open all doors for me, open all venues for me, open all avenues for me."

The document continues: "God, I trust in you. God, I lay myself in your hands."

It closes, "There is no God but God, I being a sinner. We are of God, and to God we return."

The Jews believed that killing Jesus was "sacred and religious" he was a heretic according to the way they read the law.

The Pharisees of old and Atta might be comparing notes tonight but I don't think it's taking place in paradise.

First, I am reluctant to get too deep into religious discussions. I have my beliefs and if I am wrong, I do not want anybody else to pay the price for listening to me or believing what I say.

That being said, I will just reiterate what I said earlier that Jesus always seemed to be more about love and forgiveness than hard and fast rules and doctrinal affiliations. IMHO, the person who can see into the hearts of men does not need to check out their church membership to know what is inside the person.
