I'm 32. Handle it, America shouldn't treat everyone in the country as suspects, we shouldn't make arrests without evidence, and we shouldn't sweat evidence out of prospective perps. The price of our judicial system (innocent until proven guilty) is that bad guys will walk. It's one of the founding principles of the nation and if we change that to stop terrorists they've already won. Sometimes it's a terrible price, but it's much lower than the price of submitting to tyranny from our own government.

I'm not saying we should round up suspects without cause.
I'm saying it happens every day in this country regardless of the current situation. Apparently, some people are just learning this.
