Did they ever get back to you?
They have both my home and work contact information. Immediately after I sent it I talked to my cousin - who is a retired Dallas Policeman and had extensively worked with the FBI and Secret Service during Presidential visits to Dallas (he still keeps in touch with them too!) - and he said that they have people that take those tips and work them and pass them to the right contacts in the organization. Bottom line, they get acted upon.
I think they've received over 100,000 tips in the last two weeks so I'm sure they are sooo busy right now.

Send them the information and they'll act on it. If you want to talk to someone, just wait for them to get back with you I guess. I'd definitely leave the information on the website, though. That way they get a concrete tip in black and white and your message gets to them. . .
