Do they really have 300,000 extra weapons with ammo?

I'm sure most of them have guns. But as for ammo, that is quite another story. They like to pop shots up in the air a lot for the fun of it. And they aren't exactly rich. If they do have a lot of ammo, I would wonder if it came from China.

I'm very puzzled by this mother of all jihad martyrs movement. If they have 300,000 suicide fighters at their back, why are the rebels there kicking their tails?
