Hillary Panned for Sour Demeanor during Bush SpeechHockey fans at Philadelphia's Rangers-Flyers game Thursday night were so enthralled with President Bush's speech that they actually forced the cancellation of the game's third period to continue watching on the arena's Jumbotron.
But seated in the House chamber, New York Senator Hillary Clinton was rolling her eyes, looking bored and remained seated as her colleagues gave Bush one standing ovation after another.
Friday morning her disengaged demeanor was being roundly panned by talk radio hosts everywhere.
"You know why she reacted that way," WABC's Curtis Sliwa told his partner Ron Kuby."She just saw her hopes to run for president next time around go up in smoke."
Down radio dial in New York, nationally syndicated talker Don Imus was even harder on the former first lady.
"She was disgraceful," Imus told his partner Charles McCord. "She looked irritable, rolling her eyes and talking."
Imus didn't care much for Sen. Clinton's post speech comments either. "I mean, she was going out of her way to point out how she'd spent the entire week down at ground zero, which is not true, by the way. But I think we know what that's all about."
Imus then turned his ire towards Mrs. Clinton's husband. "I just thank God that he's not still the president, that's all, because we didn't have to endure the self aggrandizing display of lip-biting and head wagging and 'I love you' to some bimbo in the balcony."

Don't lump all NYers in with the morons and fools that voted for the wicked witch of the south. The NY senate looks like the USA GWB/Gore map. Blue clusters at all the big urban centers surrounded by a sea of red thru-out the state.

What's really ben interesting, IMHO, is the behavior and comments of Chuckie Schumer and Tom Lantos..there comments have been extraordinary. Schumer has been more effusive of his praise of Bush than most Senate GOPers I was also struck by Daschle's and Lott's responses to Bush's speech. Lott showed himself to be the usual idiot, who didn't entirely understand what was going on. But Daschle's speech was perfect: short, to the point, and totally positive. I still don't trust the man any farther than I could kick him, but I thought that his speech was a most interesting contrast with what has come out of his mouth in the previous eight or ten months.
If nothing else, it showed how much smarter he is than Lott, and how much better his speech-writers are.

"Hillary Clinton epitomizes evil. She is a vicious, vindicative vixen, a bullying, dictatorial power-hungry sociopath who is devoid of integrity, honor and compassion. " LOL. Quit holding back, tell us how you REALLY feel.

Yo gopwhit--I think you have it right. She was angry--angry that Dubya outran the stupid demon the Demrats tried to make him, angry that her presidential aspirations are strictly fantasy (the Clinton's loved fantasy), angry that she will not be elected (or reelected) to any public office (including dog catcher), angry because she can't understand why so many us don't consider her the brightest among us, angry that her determination to see this country become a communist state has been thwarted, angry that much Clinton perfidy will come to light in the coming years, angry that Bin Laben's WTC and Pentagon attacks came to soon to benefit her, angry that the Clintoon she tied her apron strings to failed to deliver politically, and angry that she actually had to sleep with a man to get where she is (does that make her a prostitute?). That said, does anyone realize how really close we came to being transformed into her socialist vision? To protect themselves, from a Bush victory, the Demrats brazenly tried to steal the presidential election. They did not care even if they destroyed the Constitution or perverted the election process. Moreover, I think she's really angry that the founding fathers (men) who lived so many years ago outwitted her in the end. God bless the founding fathers and the checks and balances they built into our government. Chuckyd

Hillary Clinton epitomizes evil. She is a vicious, vindicative vixen, a bullying, dictatorial power-hungry sociopath who is devoid of integrity, honor and compassion. And those are her good points.

Someone already asked about pictures of hildebeast and chelseybeast in Arabian outfits, on camals, bubba with turban (was it a joke?), hitlery kissing Arafat's wife, etc. - all these pro-muslim images the former criminal first family dumped on Americans. To display them NOW would be RIGHT ON TIME AND WILL BE A BIG HIT.
PLEASE POST THEM HERE OR AS A SEPARATE THREAD. AMERICANS NEED THEM NOW AS A LESSON FOR THE FUTURE.

"But HILLARY! does have Presidential ambitions. And HILLARY! is too smart to make such a rookie mistake. I think her disdain was calculated and intentional. I think she realized that there is no percentage for her to join the crowd supporting the President. If things work out, there will be plenty of people to reap the political rewards, and she is way down on that list. If she wants be President some day, her only chance is to hope for a debacle, and then be able to say "I told you so". Close, but her intent may be more to evoke a negative emotional reaction in her opponents than to position herself. Read this.
