Just saw on my local news here in Charlottesville, VA, a group of 20 people calling for a "reasoned" response.

Typical left wing lies! Most of their signs directly blamed America for the attack.

Gang, I know this isn't a popular statement, but this is still America and the First Amendment was known to be in full force and effect until at least last Tuesday.

I'm a protestor-hating Viet Nam vet, but I still served for everybody's rights under the constitution.

Pleading for peace in public is no different than in a church, such as the Quakers. There are no new military recruits coming out of the mosques.

This topic isn't the same as yelling "FIRE!" in a theater.

I'll join anyone in disagreeing with the peaceniks to an extreme, but please - don't forget that America is about their rights as well.

There is still a chance that everyone of us is at risk for our constitutional rights. A national emergency has been declared and that could mean more than we all know.

I applaud the attitudes here, but don't forget to slow down and do some thinking, as well.

Above all, think about the female military with their face or arms blown off. Think of their fate as prisoners-of-war. Battle is fine, but if you want to do something good, do what you can to keep the women safe. That plea comes from a Viet Nam veteran - think!

If unisex public restrooms exceed civilized dignity, so do unisex battlefields.
