HorseHillary! All the bombing has done over the last 10 years is waste American taxpayer money. As for "protecting the motherland" goes,maybe you have heard of "Posse Comitatus"? Stopping terrorist before they can act within our borders is the responsibility of civilain agencies,not the military.

Hard to do once all the civilian agencies have been disarmed, eh not? I fear whichever way we wiggle, the only result will be further erosion of our rights. Additionally, I disagree with Cheney's position that it is justifiable to employ "unsavory" characters. Isn't that what the Romans did when they called in mercenaries and consequently lost their Empire? (It's that erosion from within that gets you every time.)
