It is most appropriate that we gather for this memorial Mass for Barbara Olson in this cathedral, dedicated to St. Thomas More, a lawyer and a government official. He reminds us that the legal profession, and work in government, are noble professions.

This was one of the most inspiring and profound homilies (sermons) I've ever heard. Possibly the best. But it was the delivery that put HEART in it. I guess it had to be. Nothing less would have been sufficient to honor and memorialize so great a woman; so great a warrior; SO GREAT A PATRIOT.
