Ah, shucks! The few have always spoiled it for the many. More and more we'll have to learn to play by the necessary rules. No more back-country Constitutional bickering it out with the local traffic police on why no one should have to be required to have a driver's license in order to drive on a public road. The police are not out to thwart the little gratifications of the jaded, but are trying to thwart mass murder. Any little sacrifice is just way too much to ask of some people, but they'll just have to learn to lump it.

I am confident that any legislation that transgresses Constitutional limits will be duly challenged and struck down. I am more than satisfied to allow authorities to move and act to the maximum permissible extent within the bounds of the Constitution. The point is, most of you so-called "Constitutional experts" don't want to live in a nation that operates according to the Constitution. You want a nation that operates according to your own private agenda and quirks.
