I can roughly quote William Cohen from his live interview on CNN within the last 10 minutes: "We are going to have to make some tough decisions in this country. We are going to have to "garbled" when making choices between security and civil liberties."

No, we give up some freedoms for the empty promise of security. If there were true security for what we've given up, that security would have prevented this.

Maybe it shouldn't be US citizens giving up some freedoms, but foreign terrorists coming into this country should lose their freedoms. We need to protect our borders much better than we are....but Libertarians believe in open borders and one-world stuff.....can't keep anyone out.
