What does CUAD stand for?
If Darializard takes the oath of office and ever (in any way) repeats her fealty to the “total eradication of Western civilization,” it should be considered breaking her Congressional oath of office (under Brunson). SCOTUS’s confirmation of that fact should automatically eject her from the House.

I thought the same. How can she promise to withhold the U.S. Constitution when she is in favor of eradicating all that is based on it here in the U.S.?
I recall reading somewhere that upon taking the oath of office, an elected representative could be challenged based upon statements, beliefs or actions that contradict the oath. If that is true, there may be several recently elected members of Congress that fall into that category.
She wants violence. Okay, you go first, Darializa Avila Chevalier.
If civilization ends, she will be limited in her career choices, and they won’t include politics. Or 99% of all the other careers.
