Sen. Jim Justice, R-W.V., this week broke with the Trump administration over Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations, suggesting that the agency scale down its deportations.
“Before you know it, you get people that get carried away in their job and whatever it may be, and all of a sudden, then you're dragging people away that have lived on your street corner for 15 years, and I don't know that we need to be doing that stuff,” Justice told Politico.

Everyone that’s here illegally is fair game. When I ran a fugitive team with ICE we ran into non criminal aliens all the time. It’s not like you could just ignore them.

Remember when a good conservative congressman named Alex Mooney announced that he was running for this Senate seat in West Virginia (Joe Manchin’s former seat)....
....and the GOP establishment (led by a guy named “Trump”) went into complete panic and recruited this RINO asswipe to oppose him?
Because how dare a solidly Republican state like West Virginia even have ONE actual conservative Senator?
That can’t be allowed, apparently.
It’s stupid shit like Justice’s remarks which makes some people think that the GOP richly deserves the major whipping they are going to receive in a month. The problem is: the alternative is far worse. But the Republican party seems to be on a desperate mission to get as many of its voters as possible to stay home this year. With Democrat enthusiasm at “11” (Spinal Tap reference), the GOP can’t afford any voter apathy at all; instead they are doubling down on maximizing it. Every idiotic comment like Justice’s gets some number of voters to say “f**k it”.
