Conservative podcaster Tucker Carlson intends to start a new political party after disavowing President Trump and the Republican Party over the Iran war.
“I’m going to help build a third party,” Carlson said in an interview with the Columbia Journalism Review published Wednesday. “There should be a good-faith effort to figure out what benefits the country.”

The only specific complaint he appears to have with the Trump administration is attempting to destroy Iran’s ability to make nukes. I’m not aware of anything else.
Most Freepers, including me, have big problems with the establishment Republicans. However, Carlson has not mentioned that crowd and it’s clear he’s not thinking about that.
How could any sane person think creating a third party whose primary objective is to not block Iran’s nuclear program makes sense? Actually we already have a party that has no desire to block Iran’s nuclear program. It’s the Democrats. The nutjob Carlson needs to get together with nutjob Mamdani. They’re on the same page.
