The Hezbollah terrorist organization on Sunday condemned the ongoing direct negotiations between Lebanon and Israel, ahead of a fifth round of talks scheduled to take place on Monday in the United States.
In a statement, Hezbollah said it had become "clear and certain" that the direct negotiations involving the Lebanese delegation in Washington were aimed at endorsing "dictates imposed by the US administration that undermine Lebanon's sovereignty."
The group claimed the negotiations would shift Lebanon's political position "to the side of those reconciled with the Zionist occupation and its illegitimate entity."
Hezbollah asserted that "no good whatsoever can come from these conciliatory negotiations," arguing that "their foundation is wrong and suspicious, and their goal is submission and surrender."
The organization also reiterated its condemnation of "the approach of direct negotiations with the Zionist enemy and the rounds that result from them," claiming they obstruct efforts to confront Israel and undermine what it described as the sacrifices of the Lebanese people.
Hezbollah further argued that continuing to participate in the direct negotiations amounted to "implementing the daily orders issued by the US administration to the Lebanese authorities,"...

In the end, muzzi countries are just large scale hostage situations.
Centuries ago, the cabal learned how to profit from wars and how to benefit from them politically.
The cabal has been involved, on a management level, in all wars dating back to our Great Revolutionary War in which we destroyed, thanks to God Almighty, the cabal’s agenda. We also destroyed their agenda in the Civil War, and in the world wars. Each time they’re defeated, the cabal uses weaselly, cowardly methods to keep their greasy hands on world dominance. And with a bit of focus, you can see where the cabal operates from.
But those days are now passed. Watch what happens in the Middle East.
They sound worried. Good.
So a terrorist organization feels it has the power to dictate who the government of Lebanon can and cannot negotiate with. Is Lebanon sovereign or is Hezbollah?
Sounds surprisingly similar to the drug cartels and Mexico.
Or more generally, cartels and much of Central and parts of South America.
Sounds surprisingly similar to the drug cartels and Mexico.
sorry, Hezzie terrorists but you are losers and do NOT dictate to either Jerusalem or Beirut
“ IDF will take one flank. Lebanese army will take the other, and together squish these sumbitches like a bug.”
And if they try to flee into Syria, the Al-Qaeda leader, who’s now the “President” of Syria will kill every one of them. This could work out pretty well!
Either that or Julani will use them to terrorize the Druze and Christians, and then “crack down” on them in “retaliation”. He’s not to be trusted, either.
Whenever you read or hear “Hezbollah,” replace it with Iran.
Iran created Hezbollah in 1982 as the Northern Front in their campaign to rid the planet of Jews.
Long before Oct 7, Iran/Hezbollah was raining down rockets on Northern Israel, sometimes hundreds in a day.
Hezbollah doesn’t recognize Lebanon as a sovereign nation, and believes only Iran can negotiate on their behalf. Trump accepting linking the Iran-USA deal to the Lebanon-Hezbollah conflict was a huge mistake, undermining the sovereignty of both Lebanon and Israel.
keeping Hizbollah/Lebanon and Israel in the mix is their “trump” card: they can unleash Hizbollah to provoke Israeli response, come whining to negotiations and stomp off whenever they want to delay delay delay - which is 24/7. which is why i don’t know why we agreed to put in MOU. tactical mistake, imho.
The delaying is not helping Iran. The infighting gets worse between IRGC and official government, and the citizenry is getting arms smuggled in, coordinating with each other via the now-open Internet, and trained by Israeli and American intelligence and special forces already in place. Mean time, Trump can squeeze them out of the Strait any time they p!ss him off, and also “bomb the sh!t out of them,” as he said.
Their nuts are in a table vice, and they know it, despite their big talk.
The only card they hold is de facto blocking the Strait because insurance companies and shippers do not want to risk the hazards of mines, missiles and f@#$ing speed boats with small guns mounted amidships. On the other hand, the Gulf States are working on a way around the Strait, through pipelines, canals, etc. The deterrent has a limited shelf life.
But Trump can block them off from any access to the Strait at the drop of a hat, so it’s a double-edged sword.
I think we need to consider everything Trump says and does as directed at Iran - not for Western consumption; our mindset does not understand the proper motiviations nor do we have all the info on the ground.
This ‘argument’ from Hezbollah is to maintain ZERO diplomatic connections directly with Israel.
That is tantamount to acknowledging the Jewish state - that is intolerable to the true believers of Islam; Sunni and Shia.
This is the end game - sets the stage on a different level; Lebanon government dealing direct with Israel is the first sign of a break from Islamic control in Lebanon.
Trump is trying to remove from the discussion any arm-twisting by USA on Israel or Israel on the USA.
Comments BUMP!
“”Hezbollah asserted that “no good whatsoever can come from these conciliatory negotiations,” arguing that “their foundation is wrong and suspicious, and their goal is submission and surrender.”””
***
You mean, kinda like Islam’s goal and foundation? Projection much?
That’s a fine plan.
Make it so.
