Given the accuracy of the bbc and other headlines in the news links here, it is safe to assume whatever the reason for resigning .. it might not be “funding”.
Maybe the defense secretary has a conscience and is getting cold feet about pressure to fire on his own subjects.
The UK has a defence budget?
The UK has a secretary for defending its Deep State.
And it has a military budget with two sets of books.
Sounds like he wants a britain first agenda at manufacturing defense systems. But the power to be wants to use it to launder money to other nations.
