Plain stupid story. Nobody knew about millions of barrels of oil suddenly disappearing; not the shipping company, not the recipient; not the seller. Musta slipped their minds.
Probably like Venezuela. Trump is charging Iran to free them and taking the oil to sell. If there is any money left over, the new regime will get it.

He didn’t say the US got the oil. My understanding was that He escorted it to the owners of it. That is why the price of oil dropped so much. He also stated clearly that major operations are underway, so he is about to conclude this fiasco.
