This is a liberal judge... They don’t follow the constitution... They ‘interpret’ the constitution in the way they would like it to be written.

That’s not how you change the constitution. The only way you can change or modify the American constitution is through a proposed amendment which must be adopted by two thirds of the congress, and by two thirds of the state governments.

I’d say that judge might be in violation of the Constitution. I’m no judge, never worked in that field even, but I believe I could do better than that. Guess that guy wants illegals voting.
