A new poll in the California governor’s race shows Democrat dark horse Xavier Becerra in the lead as he quietly consolidates support from Gov. Gavin Newsom’s key allies.
Becerra is tied for first with Trump-endorsed Republican Steve Hilton, with both seeing 19% support among likely voters, the poll from EMC Research found.
The former Health and Human Services secretary under President Biden was polling in the single digits just weeks ago, but rapidly racked up support after Eric Swalwell quit the race and resigned from Congress amid sexual assault allegations. The new poll, which surveyed 1,000 likely voters from April 21-26, showed Republican Chad Bianco and Democratic billionaire Tom Steyer each receiving 14% support. Democrats Katie Porter and Matt Mahan were trailing at 8% and 7%, respectively.

Of course the Democrats are going to claim that because since Swalwell dropped out, Becerra is the biggest criminal left of the Democrat bunch that’s still running for Governor. He has more than proved his criminal credentials as a Democrat operative since he served in the DNC when the Obozo was in the White House.
This guy is a true light weight, low IQ. California is going to go blue again.
No surprise, identity politics. The Hispanic will win in the State of illegal Hispanics.

Becerra Was installed as HHS secretary on communist Karen Bass’ instruction to Barack Barry Hussein Muhammad Soetoro Obama.
I am pretty much convinced Ca has not had a real election since 2014.
Everybody knew this would happen. And Xavier adds a whole new category to the term “light weight”. Probably will win. God bless America, and God rescue CA.
