A federal grand jury handed down indictments for two individuals connected to the assault on Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement protest in Minneapolis earlier this month, Fox News Digital has learned.
The suspects were indicted on Tuesday, federal sources told Fox News Digital, though their names have yet to be released. The sources said the indictment is expected to be unsealed later Wednesday.
The incident happened on April 11 outside the Whipple Federal Building, where a protest was taking place over a local ICE field office that also serves as a detention facility.

I’ve read it was his daughter, she was really the one that instigated the whole thing. Then the father thought it was a good excuse to be an absolute THUG.

As an aside, disgraced former FBI Director James Comey just surrendered himself and is under arrest at the courthouse, due to his charges of threatening President Trump’s life.

Looks like in spite of an ARREST warrant being issued, Comey will NOT BE ARRESTED (cuffs, perpwalk, released mugshot). This will further embolden the LEFT and push the RIGHT further in the direction of vigilantism.

I’m not sure. Every article is just a repeat of the original one. Nothing about the charge on which they were indicted. I assume the indictment will soon be released and we will know. But as others have said, it is probably due to the assault being on federal property.

Savannah was also subjected to a whistle right at her ear. Probably at least 110 dB! Anything over 90 dB can cause permanent hearing damage. The whistle at her ears is assault, in itself!
