I was with Pacific Telephone starting in 1980 and left PacBell in 1991. I recall having meetings in downtown SF, then later in San Ramon. The San Ramon building was huge. Lots of rats in office spaces in the early weeks. My office was in San Diego, so lots of flights on PSA and later Southwest. The attack swans at San Ramon were always a bother.

Ah, the swans..... Had a few meetings in San Ramon also. Most of the meetings when I was in the North were at River Oaks in San Jose.
