A federal officer shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday, shortly after the Trump administration deployed thousands of immigration agents to the city. Although the full circumstances of the killing remain unclear, video of the shooting shows an officer opening fire on the woman as she drove away.

Good article.

Bottom line: Very, very unlikely though the law has recently changed. In June 2025 the USSC ruled they are exempt from state prosecution if:

“their actions, though criminal under state law, were ‘necessary and proper’ in the discharge of their federal responsibilities.”

There is no law that says a Federal officer has to dodge a moving vehicle.

Clearly exempt.

he was defending himself, which is obvious in the slow motion video.

The left knows this and has already started to move on.

I read the same officer was hit in the same circumstances by a vehicle around 6 months ago. He had 30 something stitches in his leg and was almost killed.

"... video of the shooting shows an officer opening fire on the woman as she drove away."

When the first shot was fired, she was driving TOWARDS the officer who discharged his firearm, not away. This isn't like shooting a fleeing suspect in the back...

If further investigations reveal that the shooting was not legally justified, state prosecutors could potentially charge the officer responsible with a homicide crime.

Arrest the state prosecutors on federal charges, and jail them for decades.

With the criminals they put in stir.

We should dispense with the BS of fake "state law prosecutions" being separate from federal over-rides - especially in lawless states like Minniesomalia, Sickinois, Spew York or Clownifornia.

And the feds should be able to squash them.

As for MN, the State’s Supreme Court last year that a car can be a dangerous weapon...

The bullet holes are in the windshield. Bullet hole in the driver headrest.
Headed straight at him.
Forensics will back self defense.

You dont get to prosecute someone because you are “very upset” like that fey soyboy of a Mayor.

The precedent needs to include rock throwing and Molotov cocktails.

Who doubts those are deadly weapons? They clearly are.

And federal officers should use deadly force to stop them.

“Good article” if you’re partial to gross mischaracterizations.

“video of the shooting shows an officer opening fire on the woman as she drove away“

Vox via Yahoo - that is the kind of incendiary sentence you can expect from those rat bastards. All of MSM is running with that lie and it may have a pretty big effect.

The car struck the officer after he fired.

I read that the officer had 32 stitches to close a laceration on his leg.

It was a righteous shoot.

A person tried to run over an officer. If it was me I would have fired in self defense. Vehicles are deadly weapons.

I see zero problems with the officers response.

And this woman trained to disrupt these officers. She had planned to do so.

Funny how they tried to hide the Capitol officer who shot a woman in the Capitol and rallied for him, hiding his identity, no charges ever brought, he got promotions/raises. She was not threatening him in any way. This woman tries to drive an suv over an officer and he shoots her in actual self defense and because shes a woke liberal socialist, the left does a 180.

So typical. So typical leftist hypocritical.

There’s no reason for prosecute the agent. She tried to run him over. He was defending his life.
