I suspect that Somalis around the country – especially, but not exclusively, in Minneapolis – wish about now that they had spent more time studying the wit and wisdom of Gertrude Stein.
Stein, had she lived in our own day, might well have become commissioner of New York City’s Fire Department. She had the one qualification that Zohran Mamdani seems to deem essential to the post.
Sadly, that was not to be. But there is no denying that, on certain matters, Stein was a font of practical wisdom that remains as pertinent today as it was when she was pontificating in Paris a century ago. It is important, Stein warned those aspiring to be part of the avant garde, “to know how far to go when going too far.” This is true of all the arts. It is just as true of fraud as of painting, poetry, dance or music.
Go ahead: challenge convention; transgress some boundaries. But be discriminating and discreet in your transgressions. A modicum of fraud among friends often gets a pass. Overdo it, however, and the authorities get waspish. This is a truth that the Somalis and their Democrat enablers will doubtless have discovered by the time you read this. They went too far when going too far. Way too far.
I write at the very end of 2025. It’s been an eventful year. But it looks at this moment as if the headline of the year will circle around the eye-watering fraud perpetrated by Somalis in Minnesota, Maine, Washington, Idaho and Ohio. Those are the places we know about, for now.

It’s only going to be turning point if Tim Walz, at the very least, loses his job and if dramatically reduce Federal spending by eliminating the massive amounts of fraud that are widespread and involve multiple different agencies and departments.
> The Somali fraud scandal is a turning point <
Maybe, maybe not. It all depends on how fully the mainstream media will be covering it.
The pessimist in me suspects that the mainstream media will gloss over it: Somebody did something. Then that’s all the average voter will know.
What defines too far? If the result of too far is that some of the foot soldiers go to jail, while the leaders and enablers get cover from the media, that seems to be worth it to them.

We’re seeing it now. The media will ignore, but occasionally they’ll mention the issue so they can appear to be real “news”. The mentions, as far as I’ve seen, mention the allegations in the context of a witch hunt by the racist Trump admin.
The public will continue to slumber, perhaps even celebrate Mamdani.
Most times, you don’t know you have gone too far
until after you have gone too far.
“A modicum of fraud among friends often gets a pass.“
Sounds exactly like what the serpent said to Eve.
I wouldn’t call it a turning point. Everyone is aware that massive fraud has been taking place for years, and no one did, or will, do anything about it.
The same gatekeepers are in place.
Agree, Bondy is going after the low-level pikers, because somebody always needs to take the fall, but she needs to go after the facilitators of this fraud, which we all know is Tim Walz, Jacob Frey, and I’m sure many others high up in the Minnesota state government, as well as most probably federal officials from the Biden administration. However, my faith in Bondi to actually hold anyone significant accountable is somewhere between zero and zero.
Give an inch they’ll take a mile.
SF meter maids in the 70’s. Some of the collectors stole $300 a day from the coffers. They mighta got away with $50 or so but they had to go for the gusto. It’s human nature.
If this country had a legislative body at the federal law which could pass laws, and which shared a political philosophy with the current president, we might really be able get some things done.
We see massive fraud everywhere. If we could really reduce that fraud, our government spending would greatly reduce.
If our government spending were reduced, if regulations were reduced, if taxes were reduced, our national economy would really take off and there would be a lot of good jobs with good wages.
If we deported a few tens of millions of illegal immigrants, our thriving national economy would provide great jobs for actual US citizens of every ability level.
If US citizens has jobs and were all contributing to our national economy, the need for US assistance programs — for actual US citizens who need actual assistance — would be greatly reduced.
If US assistance programs were reduced, due to lack of need for assistance, our national economy would really take off again and there would be a lot of even better jobs with even better wages.
A glorious future is right in front of us. It wouldn’t even be hard. It’s simple, really. But you need some sort of legislative body at the federal level that would act and actually try to accomplish any of this.
If several hundred offenders, bureaucrats, and politicians don’t go to prison for five to twenty, this is nothing but a commercial for more fraud. Really.

🚨HOLY CRAP🚨
My jaw is on the floor…
Aimee Bock, the ringleader of the Feeding Our Future COVID fraud scheme, is listed as the contact for at least FOURTY SEVEN taxpayer-funded “child cares” in Minnesota, according to an official state database.
These locations must be investigated for potential further fraud
@TheJusticeDept
As of January 2, 2026, Aimee Bock, the founder and former executive director of the nonprofit Feeding Our Future, has been convicted on all counts but has not yet been sentenced to a specific prison term.
The current status of her case is as follows:
Conviction: On March 19, 2025, a federal jury in Minneapolis found Bock guilty on all seven counts against her, including wire fraud, conspiracy, and federal programs bribery.
Detention: Following her conviction, U.S. District Judge Nancy Brasel ordered Bock to be immediately jailed while awaiting sentencing, citing her past “deception” and the risk that she might flee a potentially significant sentence.
Financial Penalties: On December 30, 2025, a federal judge signed a preliminary order requiring Bock to pay $5.2 million in restitution. This order also allows for the forfeiture of assets including:
Approximately $3.7 million in bank accounts.
A 2013 Porsche.
Miscellaneous jewelry, electronics, and clothing seized during investigations.
Background: Investigators described Bock as the “ringleader” of a massive scheme that defrauded the Federal Child Nutrition Program of nearly $250 million during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Scamalis , all of them on welfare and raking in billions
The pessimist in me suspects that the mainstream media will gloss over it: Somebody did something.
States with no effective voter ID requirement average nearly 8x more welfare benefits to illegal immigrants compared to states requiring voter ID verification.
They are importing and paying illegals for votes.
This is Bondi’s big moment to shine or fail.
Let us hope she chooses wisely.
That means finding friendly venues and winning convictions—including nailing a couple of governors as trophies for her wall.
Another question: Why are there 80,000-100,000 Somalis in Minneapolis at all? Minneapolis is a city with a total population of ~430,000, which means ~18%-23% of the entire city are these foreign parasites.
