A Georgia Superior Court judge has granted a state election board access to Fulton County’s 2020 presidential ballots and documents.

The Republican-led Georgia Election Board last year reopened an investigation into how the county handled the 2020 election, FOX5 in Atlanta reported.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled Tuesday that the board will need to cover the costs of the ballots and documents.

For four years, Fulton County officials and SOS Raffensberger insisted the 2020 election was the "most secure election ever". At any time, they could have admitted to the unverified advanced voting totals. They didn't. As people were vilified and charged and as Giuliani was sued for defamation, they were silent.

Each person involved should be charged with criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud.

I want those two Black women who committed blatant fraud, but instead won millions from Rudy to go to jail for life.

Hang each and every one of their asses. I don’t give a crap what color they are, and hang Kemp and Raffensperger with them.

“Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled Tuesday that the board will need to cover the costs of the ballots and documents.”

Scare tactic. And how hard is it to access a file in the system? Send them ink and a ream of paper for their printer and have a volunteer from the committee run them off. And since it could disqualify the congressional certification of the 2020 election, have congress cut them a check and demand a time they will be forced to produce the documentation. And if it is proven, Georgia will have to pay back the money. Problem solved. That money is chump change for congress and the importance of the many documents and laws Biden changed or created that are now invalid. It also disqualifies Kamala.

I just read “Stolen Elections” by Ralph Pezzullo, based on the research of Gary Berntsen and his research partner. The only US person mentioned specifically in the discussion of Cartel del Sol bribes is the governor of Georgia. Given the suspicious death of his daughter’s boyfriend, I suspect that if there were bribes it had as much to do with sticks as carrots. Raffensperger? That may be a different story. Hopefully we will know all of of this in the very near future.

Fulton County Chairman Robb Pitts told FOX5 that the elections were open and transparent, and he insisted that all votes were counted.

And then some!

He also asserted that Fulton County taxpayers will not be on the hook for the $400,000 that the production of the documents are estimated to cost.

So...where does the $400k come from? Tooth fairy?

Unfortunately nobody will be held accountable.

What’s done is done.

From the article: ...he insisted that all votes were counted.

There lies the problem -- 310,000 votes that were never certifed were improperly counted and included in the vote.

How can it possibly cost 400K to go get boxes of ballots in a warehouse? Even with overtime and picking them up and sending them back afterwards, 5K would be waay high.

From your keyboard to God's ears. It shouldn't have taken 5 years to get to this point.

Exactly. A lot of those “all votes” that were counted shouldn’t have been counted at all.

Remember, a Fulton election official testified UNDER OATH that she saw 100% percent of military absentee ballots go to Joe Biden (D) in 2020. That’s impossible.
