Inside American Dream life of alleged DC National Guard terrorist — as neighbors reveal dramatic FBI raid

BELLINGHAM, Washington — The Afghan terrorist accused of shooting two National Guard troops had been living a seemingly quiet family life in a $2,000-a-month apartment in this idyllic Washington state town – where neighbors said the FBI busted into his home during a Wednesday raid.

Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, was often seen playing Call of Duty and FIFA inside the bare apartment, which he shared with his hijab-wearing wife and his five kids, stunned neighbors in Bellingham told The Post on Thursday.

Neighbors said the refugees — who arrived in 2021 after the chaotic US pullout from Afghanistan — had no beds, and there were only “some couch cushions they would sleep on” inside the sparse apartment.

They “never made a peep,” one neighbor said, adding that Lakanwal didn’t speak much English and his oldest child is 14.

“Bellingham is very liberal,” the neighbor said, noting the area, which housed Afghan evacuees following the botched withdrawal, was “Very welcoming. Very diverse. Very open.”

“”””Just reported that the female NG who was shot has died.””””

Do you have a link?

I just checked and found no news.

Latest news about Sarah is that her father said the wound was mortal and she would not survive.

Since Sarah Beckstrom has died, is the Afghan dude eligible for a death sentence?

"“Bellingham is very liberal. Very welcoming. Very diverse. Very open.”"

Bellingham, and other towns/cities like it, should be expunged...
All they are good for is collecting radical communists & islamists in a central, protected location...

More proof that:
The only good communist & moslem is a dead communist & moslem...
It is our duty as citizens to help everyone be as good as possible...

If we are unwilling to do our duty, maybe we should not complain...

Now having a 14 year old son does make sense. That would mean he impregnated his sweetheart when he was 14.

Likely normal in Afghanistan.

In a perfect world, they would announce they’re dropping this maggot off in the Sheetz parking lot in Inwood WV and let the local ‘billies know the exact time of his arrival.

The WV National Guard could even fly him to the base nearby to arrange the handoff.

See how tight lipped he’d still be in 15 minutes or less.

They sure are. Initially, this guy and his family was living in the mansion owned by the Creightons, multi-millionaire veterinary hospitals and big Democrat (((donors))).

Before he is excecuted I wish he and his whole family gets force fed bacon and then they get sent to Afghanistan. Make it clear to any other Jihad jerk that such actions will hurt the spread of their evil religion.

Sorry, I had to add a little something to it.

29? He looks about 40. Hard life over there, or some lying on his application?

His oldest child is 14? That means he became a father at 15? Something isn't adding up.

"no English. no job. playing video games: you can’t buy friendship or loyalty with welfare. You will wind up with resentment, envy, hate and violence."

No beds, no furniture, but he had money for a Playstation or Xbox and games, laptops, cell phones and iPads according to the FBI, and he had money to feed his fat face, plus buy a weapon somewhere, along with driving cross-country to commit murder. I'd like to know what kind of vehicle he was driving, if he owned it, or leased it to make the trip, and who was paying for his rent, his car, and who provided money to buy food for a family of 7.

The article says his five kids weren't home at the time the place was raided, so I want to know when those kids left the premises, and where they went. Round them all up and ship their asses back to Afghanistan, along with the people that are harboring the family.

"5 kids and the SOB flies out to DC to do what he did."

Article says he drove cross-country. I want to know when he left his home, where he stayed along the way, where he purchased the weapon, and from who, if he owned the car, what type it was, or if he leased a vehicle to drive from Washington State to Washington, D.C. For someone who didn't have a job, he seemed to have enough money for frivolous items. I'll bet the mosque in Bellingham gave him money.

"Since Sarah Beckstrom has died, is the Afghan dude eligible for a death sentence?"

Pam Bondi has already said that if one of both passed from their injuries, they will seek the death penalty.

Prosecutors will seek death penalty against Afghan terror suspect who shot National Guard troops in DC: Bondi

He is 29 and helped the US for 11 years. So if he came here in 2021 he started helping when he was 12 or 13 in the special forces. Yeah right.

29? He looks about 40.

They say war ages a man.
He evidently played a lot of Call of Duty.
