“ At Luvin Arms, a $25 donation comes with a certificate, photo and either a virtual or in-person visit, explained Kelly Nix, its executive director. Since launching the program in 2022, the sanctuary, located about 25 miles (40 kilometers) north of Denver, has seen the number of sponsorships double every year. And this year they’re on track to reach their goal of $18,000, she said.”
No different than the Carbon Credit scam, only on a smaller scale.

If the adoption is free and the turkeys are healthy, set me up....I’m going to name mine Sandwich.......
Who knew I could be making money by offering gullible idiots pay me not to butcher my 7 year old Tom? He’s the last of our flock of pet turkeys
My last heritage hen was a great mother. After hatching her last brood of 8, I had 2 chickens hatch out 15 chicks but the next day they got chopped up in the neighbors alfalfa field. We grabbed the little ones and put them in with Henny. She raised all 23!
The only problem is turkeys don’t constantly scratch and peck for food like chickens. So she would always have to go round up the chicks who were constantly stopping and scratching for food.
When it was time to rest, she would gather them all up under her wings to keep them warm.
Ridiculous.
A fool and his money.
What a racket by the animal farm people.
1200 ‘adoptions’ and they have 2 turkeys............ 😏
She was one smart lady, earned everything.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU PAY ME NOT TO EAT THIS?
Actually you stop reading at “AP”. I cannot imagine what it’s like inside the AP HQ. It must be just a real loony bin.
I bet Lanette is well fed. Cause if she was starving , Gus would be gone.
Wonder how she would treat the wolves who slaughter Gus.
Well, he was different...he identified as a cow
well ill be eating mine, thank you very much
Wait’ll they see what their new “kids” do to the carpets.
Turns out turkey’s don’t adapt to an oven very well.
