B. That 13 year old girl is both a victim of assault and an enabler. She knows how inappropriate that relationship is, but doesn’t care, so long as Mamacita never finds out.
This is a girl who is used to lying and pretending for long periods of time. Maybe she would be better off with a “Dumb Phone”, a flip phone that has no texting or Internet capabilities. When she starts working, she can buy her own phone, one with all the bells and whistles.
