The illegal drug most commonly associated with users taking off their clothes is Flakka (alpha-PVP), a type of synthetic cathinone often referred to as “bath salts” or the “zombie drug”. Nudity is also often a indication of demonic possession. Being California, I wouldn't rule it out (especially since that area of the San Fernando Valley is the porn production capital of the United States).
