After returning home from voting NO around 3 miles away last night, Gavin Hairgel was already on TV declaring victory. Polls closed at 8:00 pm and I got home at 8:03.

Corrupt courts will throw it out — saying Republicans have no standing. They're suing under the federal Constitution. This means it can be appealed up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

That's better, I guess.
I do seem to recall SCOTUS in December 2020 throwing out the case brought by 20 red states against PA for violating federal election law. SCOTUS wouldn't hear the case, saying the plaintiffs had no standing. A total absurdity and abdication of duty by the court.
Let's just say I'm justified in having very little faith in the courts.

If the Red States would get together and fight fire with fire the Democrat/Communists would be crushed in the redistricting game. The Democrat/Communist Party doesn’t like it when the GOP does what they have been doing for decades.

Gerrymandering is perfectly legal and constitutional, in a (probably incorrect) interpretation of the Voting Rights Act, it is sometimes required.
Lawsuits against a State Legislature over its core functions, like drawing House districts, are foolish.

Republicans don’t seem to want to end election fraud.
Blame California Democrats, not Republicans.

Gov. Gavin Newsom, who pushed for Proposition 50
One thing for sure you can say about Newsom he knows the percentage of suckers in the state for a vote.
