Definitely doable. I did a red-eye non-stop from Honolulu to Atlanta on a Delta L-1011. That was some 32 or 33 years back. The L-1011 was a predecessor of the MD11.

MD-11 has a 7800 mile range when full of fuel.

I have flown on a 777, from SFO to Manila, non stop (14 hours) a ton of times. It’s about 2,000 further to Manila, than Hawaii. No refueling required.
