To some degree, ALL presecution is selective.
It’s not “selective” if they indict the other democrats who have been committing the same fraud.
Besides, the feds have solid proof she did it; it’s not like there is anything iffy about the case against her - they have her perjured statements in writing.
Rhey are accusing Trumps DOJ of doing exactly what Leticia did to Trump and are saying how horrible it is that he is doing so. These people need very large mirrors to self reflect.
The same legal experts frequently speak well of “prosecutorial discretion”.
