Yep.
These judges are "slapping" harsh bail on dangerous criminals like this one:
Judge Sets $5,000 Bond for Illegal Alien Charged With Raping Teen Girl in South Dakota
"A previously-deported illegal alien was ordered held on just $5,000 cash bond for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl in South Dakota this week."
Now compare that with judges "slapping" no bail on the J-6ers.
Anyone see a problem with this?
Not if you're a brain-dead Biden or Mamdani voter.
That’s a female?!
I have to wonder who is providing legal representation?
Tapping into the trust fund, Soros or other oligarch , or Public Defender ?
Good question.
Some form of lesbian dress code going on there , accented by her short hair.
“I suppose it’s worth something, but I don’t know how $750 to a bondsman is so onerous and painful.”
I was thinking the same and I bet it gets paid without her lifting a finger. We’ll probably never hear the court results.
Say . . . perhaps my aging eyes deceive me, but is Miss Muffet wearing a necktie?! We really need to “reach out” for their preferred pronouns.
What did Skippy do? Drag is Kindergarten Gender Teacher into court to vouch for his wimpy arse? I can’t believe they let the Muzzie terrorists with their pizza place tablecloth hats into an American courtroom.
Behaviors the government punishes decrease.
Behaviors the government ignores increase.
7500 bail?
Only has to pony up 10% $750
Got off easy
At 23 and not quite a year out of college, I was a Platoon Leader for two Chaparral platoons, responsible for 40+ soldiers and 8 missile systems. All told, I was eventually a platoon leader for 3 of our 4 platoons (two Towed Vulcan), taking those 3 successfully through their tac evals.
Flunking my first evaluation changed my life forever. I caught so much flak, and rightfully so. It was a case of, ok I get it: my neck's on the line, better get my stuff together. It was a great learning experience, as I discovered what I could, and could not, get away with during evaluations. It didn't take long for me to welcome these as "showtime"!
Taking personal accountability for your actions is actually a very simple way of leading one's life. Cuts through the BS. I've slipped a few times along the way, but I've had a great life.
Yesterday was disheartening. At a big family get together, I had a conversation with my goddaughter, a 25 YO fifth grade teacher. She revealed to me that she had no idea who George Orwell was, or that he wrote Animal Farm.
I was flabbergasted! How can you be a teacher without knowing one of the most influential novels of the 20th century?
When I told her that when I was in 5th grade, we read Animal Farm as a class. She (nor her boyfriend) was not impressed that most, if not all, of my sixth grade class, tested at 12th grade reading level. In 6th grade, we read the Count of Monte Cristo, all 1000+ pages, though our version may have been abridged.
I'm betting her attorney is a Public Defender.
later
The defendant appears to be dressed in men’s clothing. I wonder if she is a you know what.
It took me a bit to recognize the ‘guy’ in the mask and tie was our Miss Muffet.
