Texas residents were left stunned when a world-renowned chef who once catered events for George W Bush was deported for crossing the border illegally in 1989.
Sergio Garcia - who had become a staple in Waco for his wildly popular Mexican food truck - was originally arrested in March over a two-decade old deportation order.
The chef was loading Sergio's Food Truck when he was approached by a man in plainclothes while another man in a vest reading POLICE stood at a distance, The Waco Bridge reports.
'They asked me if I'm Sergio, and I said "Yeah, I'm Sergio,"' Garcia recounted to the outlet. 'Then they said "You gotta come with us."'

He was elected Texas Land Commissioner and was being groomed by the GOP establishment for the Governorship of TX and eventually the Presidency of the United States, but it didn't take - so we all dodged a bullet. Jorge P. would have pushed for open borders with Mexico even more aggressively than his father and uncle.

How in the actual -F- can it be so hard to apply for entrance, and wait in line? If he would have just went through the K-1 Visa program years ago, marry an American or something. Now deport any children he had if they are not the product of the US Citizen.
