According to Fox News, a federal grand jury is currently meeting in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) to According to MSNBC’s Ken Dilanian, the grand jury is expected to decide at any time whether to return an indictment against Letitia James.
Special Prosecutor Ed Martin has been investigating Letitia James since August, while Lindsey Halligan was appointed as prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia.
