Two days ago, Donald J. Trump presided over a grand celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Navy’s founding called: Titans of the Sea: A Salute to the Fleet.
Trump headlined a massive rally-like gathering, joined by First Lady Melania Trump, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Navy Secretary John Phelan.
In his 45-minute speech, Trump explicitly mentioned Venezuela multiple times, celebrating that ‘the Navy has supported our mission to blow the cartel terrorists the hell out of the water’.
He also hinted at land-based operations, saying the U.S. would ‘turn attention to drug trafficking happening on land’.

So, it’s no surprise when we hear reports that Trump has ‘called off efforts to reach a diplomatic agreement with Venezuela’.

Was going to war with Venezuela part of Trump’s campaign promises? I missed it.
Is he at war with Venezuela? No, then quit bitching. If Gateway Pundit thinks its coming, then there is a much better chance it won’t.

So far none of the world’s great wars or World Wars have come from our hemisphere, this part of the world doesn’t need the rest of the world’s attention to preserve peace and save lives, and prevent global nuclear war.
A full Carrier Battle Group (CVBG), with an Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and embarked Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) on your doorstep means you’re going to have the worst week of your life.

The embassy in Caracas effectively closed six years ago, although SloJo started allowing some US passport renewals there. We haven’t had an ambassador there in 15 years. We don’t recognize Maduro as president, and have since the last election.

The Navy should have Edmundo González (***the guy who Maduro stole the election from in 2024 and then had jailed, who was freed and given asylum from Spain***) on one of the ships.
Remove Maduro’s fat ass from the Palace, round up and jail his henchmen (including his corrupt Supreme Court), and then put President González back in office!!!
