The White House released the plan in an email release amid a meeting between Trump and Netanyahu. Trump himself confirmed in a press conference that Netanyahu had accepted the plan.
"I also want to thank Prime Minister Netanyahu for agreeing to the plan and for trusting that if we work together, we can bring an end to the death and destruction that we've seen for so many years, decades, even centuries, and begin a new chapter of security, peace and prosperity for the entire region," he said.
The plan requires the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the strip and the release of all remaining hostages. Israel would, moreover, commit to releasing 250 life prisoners and as many as 1,700 Gazans taken into Israeli custody since Oct. 7, 2023.
Hamas members who commit to peace would receive an amnesty and the agreement would permit humanitarian aid to enter the strip.
Trump himself would assume leadership of a "Board of Peace" made up of foreign heads of state to oversee the process until the Palestinian Authority, which governs the West Bank, is ready to assume governance of the region.

Its not gonna work. Middle east peace is an oxymoron.
I suspect they know this will be rejected, and these other countries know that Israel is going to clear out Gaza once it is.

I give it less than a week.
Not going to happen. You can't trust Hamas, they'll break the deal. Only if all the hostages are released, every last one of them, should Israel cooperate on withdrawal. Therefore, the IDF needs to wipe out every Hamas enemy and associates.
My thoughts exactly. It will never be given a chance to work because Hamas will reject it. Then back to square one again.

The Pallies are famous for never missing an opportunity to miss an opportunity. But maybe it is worth reminding the world of that one more time.
It’s a plan.
For that I give them credit.
It is also a formal response to the recognition of Palestine.
Does it change much?
Of course, it doesn’t.
Never happen. Rabid inbred animals can’t be trusted.
Somalia and/or Afghanistan should be forced to accept the Pallies who don't accept the agreement as a condition for continued aid or normalization into the world community.
There is precedent. Haiti was forced to pay into an international reparations fund as a price for their post independence atrocities as a price for inclusion in world trade.
At that point Trump should tell Israel to eliminate Hamas, no mercy.
Why bother?
There is no evidence known to me that HAMAS knows where even half the hostages are.

How about 4 life prisoners per live hostage release then afterward one per calendar month of no attacks from Gaza with all due speed?
How about 30 of the 1700 per live hostage release and
then 10 per calendar month of no attacks from Gaza insomuch as available and one per dead hostage with all due speed?
“amnesty”
To get amnesty, a HAMAS member or irregular should have to agree to serve and then serve 10 years incarceration for murder, 5 years for rape and two days per day of criminal prisoner mistreatment.
