A New Jersey surgeon who allegedly “cheered” Charlie Kirk’s murder has resigned — and the nurse who was suspended for calling him out has been reinstated, their hospital said Tuesday.
Dr. Matthew Jung of Englewood Health quit following Wednesday’s troubling incident — which went down moments after the news of Kirk’s tragic assassination.
“We have accepted the physician’s resignation,” a representative from Englewood Health told The Post.

She should still sue the hospital for even putting her on leave over this.
That is great news.
I hope it is not awkward for the nurse who is now “not a team player.”
Resign isn’t enough. These people have licenses and took an oath to do no harm. Celebrating a murder seems to be good cause to investigate whether that license should be taken away.
Not Guilty
The administrator/HR hack who suspended her needs to be dealt with next.

The DR Jung has found out the hard way that once your name goes viral in a bad way, bad things happen to you.
The nurse should now sue the hospital for putting
her on leave b/c she outed the depraved doctor.
Amen.
I hope this tames down social media, that making hateful comments can cost you big-time.
I don’t believe it.
Good riddance. I would NEVER want a doctor, or in this case, a DO, he’s NOT an MD, to treat ANY patient who has that kind of diseased anger in his soul
Wonderful!!! I called the doctors office on Saturday and left a harsh but non-threatening message with his answering service....you could tell they were exhausted by all the messages they were receiving...
“””I hope this tames down social media, that making hateful comments can cost you big-time.”””
We can hope the hateful comments are lessened, but given the number of people with responsible positions making the comments, I am not sure it will happen.
I do not believe Americans realized how deep the hatred towards conservatism, MAGA, Trump, and other core American values is.
How do you trust a surgeon who wishes someone dead?
I feel ill and in need of some nursing.
In more ways than one
The hospital is now even walking-back the statement that she was fired in the first place.
It’s amazing how something going viral on social media, an interview on FOX news, and millions of people calling the doctor’s office and hospital can change minds in HR.
One better, anyone presently using this hospital, or future plans to do so, should rethink and look for alternatives. There are probably dozens more of his ‘caring’ colleagues who feel the same as this demon but didn’t post it online.
