The assassination of Charlie Kirk today is a gut punch to the conservative movement, but it’s also something else: a wake-up call.
On today's broadcast of The Five on Fox News, Greg Gutfeld put into words what so many on the right are feeling in the immediate aftermath. He began with a phrase that critics often mock, but one that still carries meaning.
“Yeah, I know that it’s somewhat a object of mockery to say ‘thoughts and prayers,’ but… thoughts and prayers for his family, um, they need it from all of us,” Gutfeld said.

I think the point is there are FCC rules and he broke them - it was warranted and he didn’t care.

My badly stated position was trying to say that I can accept the rage this generates because they’ve shot at all of us. The rage has to generate a reaction. And it has to use the rage in all of us to force through legislation and executive actions. Will that stop the violence? Probably not. But I wouldn’t mind seeing a little revenge come out of this against those who use violence to make their point instead of words.
I saw it Dana let it slide. I think the 5 are very po’d. Even Howard was subdued. They keep saying violence has no place after the left kills a conservative. FAFO. It coming and hell coming with us.
