I think Trump is going to treat this as a civil rights issue and prosecute Brown federally.

He’s has no authority in the matter. This is a State and County Governor, Attorney General and Mecklenburg District Attorney’s issue, and their failure at doing their job. They are all RATS. The State Attorney General’s office needs to be investigated as to why they never tried Decarlos Brown under the three strike felony law. The county needs to be investigated for the handling of criminal cases, the leniency of charges, cases that have been tried, those who have not been tried, and why. Mecklenburg was given $3.3 million by an NGO run by the McArthur foundation to reduce their jail population, specifically focusing on black and Hispanic inmates.

Send in the Federal Transit Administration with contractors to dismantle the Charlotte light rail system.

If the Charlotte city government is unwilling or unable to run a safe light rail system, regardless of whether deaths and injuries are caused by mechanical, electrical, or psychological conditions, dismantle the entire thing.

Leave not even one bolt or speck of paint on the ground.

Charlotte, North Carolina would probably benefit from locking up the City Council.

Very important.....

This is Newsweek's title, "Charlotte Republican Rejects National Guard Deployment Idea After Stabbing."

This is from within the article -- "...Edwin Peacock III said, 'not at this time'."

See the game?

Yep. Hope he doesn't have plans to run for Federal Office.

Once the National Guard is sent into more dangerous cities, the mayors and officials aren’t going to have much choice. And support will just grow as cities become safer and locals of these dangerous cities realize that it’s not just a pipe dream to dream of being able to go to the local store with a strong probability that you’ll get home safely with your purchases intact.
