Aren’t there laws against falsifying government documents?

To portray Biden as “checked out” one must assume he actually “checked in” at some point during his presidency. That assumes facts not in evidence.

I wish Trump would challenge all those blanket pardons...how do you pardon someone for a non-specific crime that isn’t even alleged or charged, let alone convicted? At least it would be beneficial to challenge them just to get clarification from SCOTUS.

Additional documents, first reported by the New York Post, show Biden staffers, days before the administration ended, scrambling to create an email “chain” confirming Mr. Biden actually signed off on the thousands of pardons. What might be the chances that Mister Biden's staffers were mere lieutenants in this (and other policy directives); and, that a shadowy, well-insulated committee of some sort comprised the 'presidency'?
I have no idea, of course, it's a suspicion not an accusation. That stupulated, I'd like to know that if there was one, who may have been 'Mr. Big'?

President Trump pardoned General Flynn. He has never been convicted of anything. His case had been thrown out due to corruption on both sides. He gave him the pardon to prevent future lawfare which was the right thing to do.

The pardons were approved by Adm Pike from Star Trek.

How did President Trump pardon all of the nonviolent J Sixers? I am glad he did that but there were a lot of them.

Those pardons were for actual crimes charged and convicted. None of Biden’s pardons were for any actual crimes alleged or convicted. Big difference.

Yup. If they find evidence of money changing hands ( I bet they can) then this whole thing becomes a new ballgame.

People have been asking that question for a few years now. So far, no answer has been forthcoming.
