Many decades ago I rememberthat the results of a national mathematics exam showed that the students in Washington DC had the lowest score of any state or territory. On the other hand, the students had the highest estimation of how well they were doing in mathematics. These were children.

Ironically, I’m glad that the UN rejected President Trump’s renovations. They ended up paying more, and getting less. (a fitting fate for the UN!)
