@realDonaldTrump

As the President of the United States, I will stand up to Countries that attack our incredible American Tech Companies. Digital Taxes, Digital Services Legislation, and Digital Markets Regulations are all designed to harm, or discriminate against, American Technology. They also, outrageously, give a complete pass to China's largest Tech Companies. This must end, and end NOW! With this TRUTH, I put all Countries with Digital Taxes, Legislation, Rules, or Regulations, on notice that unless these discriminatory actions are removed, I, as President of the United States, will impose substantial additional Tariffs on that Country's Exports to the U.S.A., and institute Export restrictions on our Highly Protected Technology and Chips. America, and American Technology Companies, are neither the “piggy bank” nor the “doormat” of the World any longer. Show respect to America and our amazing Tech Companies or, consider the consequences! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

It’s not just China.

The UK has the Online Safety Act.

The EU has the Digital Services Act.

Both can be used for censorship and cash grabs.

Deep States can multitask.

This is a direct message to the freeloading EuroTrash, especially the leftwing pricks in the UK and Canada.

I welcome this tough stance by Trump against the supposed allies that use America as their ATM. Full steam ahead President Trump.

Yes, it really is amazing. It looks like Trump used his four years out of office wisely. Thinking, and planning. So now he’s hit the ground running.

👍

I would like to see the sales tax removed from on-line sales.

The pols justified them by saying they need to get their “fair share”. They were getting their “fair share” by taxing the electronic services the citizens received.

Yes, every outfit intent on re-introducing slavery will impose censorship. That is the path. and, it is the path the UK and EuU have chosen.

Or at least some standardization. Anything other than "get a sales tax license for every state your customers reside."

That makes a lot of sense.

Because it makes sense, we will probably never see it.

In my humble opinion, your 10% per transaction is way to generous.

Should be 15% percent min, max between 18% to 20% percent.

I'm no economist & I didn't take any accounting classes in junior / community college. (2 yr's)

What I do know is as a fat 72 yr's old welder, when say a corporation wants to build a new complex in the town of NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN, the spokes-persons in all of these like situations, go about proclaiming what I'm going to call "Income Equalization." in short the proposed worker for the hopeful to be built WIGETS factory will earn say a wage of $40.00.

The spokes-person will claim by allowing the WIDGETS factory to be built, their salary will filter through the local community, via the hiring of say the local Barber / Hair-Dresser shop, Landscaper, purchases at the Big Box Store (of your choice,) etc.

My argument is when money is sent out of the U.S. Economy, say to Mexico (or fill in the blank country of choice;) WE LOSE that "Income Equalization." (If their is a proper name for Income equalization, hit me up, I'm just a 72 yr's old fat welder, not an economist, say like Thomas Sowell, one of may hero's.)

I'm being generous claiming three times (3-X) the proposed salary, they generally claim as much as 6 (6-X) when arguing for the new widget(s) factory.

That's my argument and I'm sticking to it.

"FLAME-ON, I can handle it."

Tom T. Hall, a country singer had a song that had as its chorus “if 10% is good enough for Jesus, it should be good enough for Uncle Sam.”
