“If we don’t put a stake into the heart of this administration, there may not be an election in 2028,” Newsom told reporters

Too late, Oprah Winfrey declared before the election that if Trump won thee would no longer be elections. Now, how can you take these people seriously when they make statements like this....

Lately, Democrats have been harping over the "land doesn't vote!" meme when it comes to the map showing an overwhelmingly red U.S. map.

So, if land doesn't vote, then why do district boundaries ON A MAP OF LAND matter to them?

They’ve used illegals and crooked politicians and judges to do it. People are waking up to their scam.

if you read the article, it says that basically in many states the Dems have pretty much dominated the map drawing for so long that they can’t do any more, whereas the Reps have nothing so they have nowhere to go but up.

Yes. We all thought it was comical that they ran to New York, California and Illinois to complain about gerrymandering when those states invented and perfected it.

Yep, my Congressional district in NYS changes often, they put just enough of the Dem city populations in upstate suburban districts to outweigh the GOP votes.

Newsom told reporters...."We have got to fight fire with fire.”

No duh. We know you don't fight fires with water.

I’m going to put my marker down and say that CA voters are not going to pass the measure to suspend the redistricting commission . Most voters here are not ideologues, just drones. I’m highly politically active and cannot name the leaders of the legislature. Even the names of the constitutional officers except the governor escape me at the moment. Gov Schwarzenegger is going to lead the no vote effort. True he did a crappy job as governor for, but at least he has a personality and that’s an edge over whoever will be pushing the yes vote

Surely that's incitement to assassination using violent rhetoric!?!? Where's the Secret Service?

“We have got to fight fire with fire.”

But only as a metaphor. When it comes to fighting actual fires, Newsom has no clue.

Yeah, he should stay away from fire metaphors.

Seriously, the democrat controlled states have already gerrymandered their states so much already, there is hardly any more to take.

Listened to Ted Cruz’ podcast earlier in the week. He said the states of CA, NY and one other already have super-majorities of Democrats and can’t add any more seats no matter how they change districts.

It’s up to the Republicans - who have a LOT of wiggle room all across America - to change things for the better.

Of course, we all know they won’t. Feckless Quislings!

But, it’s always A Good Thing when Socialist Democrats call attention to themselves and their thievery, so there’s that! :)

urged Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) to fix four racially gerrymandered districts in violation of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.

Where is the violation?

It is unconstitutional to draw districts along racial lines, but it is constitutional to draw them along partisan lines.

Besides, four districts are going to be Hispanic majorities, although Hispanic is not a legally defined race, it is an ethnicity.

Bringing up the fact that dems have no policies wont matter much.

The dems just vote for the dems no matter what. They believe all the bunk they are told anyway.
