My father worked in a maximum security state prison for 30 years. We lived on the farm property. Mulroys comments are not without any basis in fact. They are however in need of an alternative and thesis to come up with a solution before just "turning them out". He did not make those comments in the context of solving anything. He made them in a "too bad for you" context.

You joke, but I'll tell you what, I was listening to Bill Cunningham on WLW radio today and he said, near as I can tell with the wife talking in one ear and the radio in the other, that the city council wants the police or the city prosecuting attorney to file charges against the white victim's because of the damage done to the black people's hands.

Cunningham said "The police and the city prosecutor have refused to do so."

And that, crazy as it may sound, is what I think (pretty sure) I heard on WLW today....
