What tipped me off to how he was not trying to get away very much is that at the last of the filming he was literally jogging and not going at any speed to get away. I, also, think he jumped into traffic but never changed any of it. He turned to his right before he threw the object and I think checked if it was a point he could get through easily. Drunk? Maybe. A lawyer, obviously.

But here’s another thing to surmise. He is a prosecuting attorney. He is being charged with a felony. He is going to be housed with other people being charged with a felony that he could have been working their case. He better not close his eyes.

“he didnt get charged?”

According to 18 U.S.C. § 111, the severity of the punishment depends on the nature of the assault:

Serious assault (physical contact or intent to commit another felony): This escalates to a felony, with a potential prison sentence of up to eight years and fines up to $250,000.

In a recent case where an individual threw a Subway sandwich at a federal agent, they were fired from their position at the Justice Department and faced a felony charge of assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer.

Initially, a local judge declined to press charges, but a federal judge later permitted assault charges to be filed.

The individual in that case is reportedly free on bail and facing up to eight years in prison if convicted. The officer did not appear to have suffered any injuries in the incident.

Note: The severity of the punishment will depend on the specific circumstances of the incident, such as whether physical contact occurred, if the officer was injured, and other factors as interpreted under federal law.

And with a judge initially not wishing to file the charges, and his being an attorney, they could ignore this in the judicial department all they want. They have precedence. Look how many criminals that were illegals that are still out on the street with numerous decisions.

“so the guy didn’t get fired?”

Believe me when I say his flinging the sandwich at a federal agency was, in fact, a letter of resignation keeping his work appearing sacred. And with all the cases he has been working on concerning illegals it will keep his work under wraps and give the justice department the opportunity to hide previous misdeeds.

“...he thought he could outrun those donut eating fascists.”

He knew he couldn’t out run the radio. He wanted to get caught. He’s a “deal” in the flesh with other cases. He’ll walk. They won’t ever find him guilty of anything short of jaywalking.

Politically motivated bureaucrats have used government power for so long they think they lesser citizens must capitulate to them...

They need a lesson that true power doesn’t come from shuffling papers. The real world doesn’t are about job occupations or what you can do at a later date... it cares about what you can do at that very moment.

Throwing a sandwich shows you are incredibly weak, stupid, and can be in handcuffs. You are at the mercy of the men you throw at.

So, a DOJ contract lawyer throws a Subway sandwich at a police officer — I don’t think this qualifies as felony assault. It makes the DOJ look ridiculous for overcharging one of their own personnel. At most, this should be a misdemeanor.

After the treasonous insurrection against President Trump that started in 2016 or so, we are way past your Pollyanna rational for letting the insurrection continue. This is for all the marbles.

With your approach, there will be no more republic, let alone free.

This was a setup for filming

Sure.

He meant to get arrested and fired.

All part of his plan for world domination.

“Which direction should he have run?....Sheesh!”

You be the judge. He had two other ways to go that would not have been directly into cross traffic and he chose that one. And right before they caught him he looked like he was out for a leisurely jog.

You think his losing his job and getting arrested was a problem to him. People trade jobs all over the US especially in political jobs attached to any departments of the feds. He’d have been on someone’s payroll as soon as he was tossed out of jail and his fine may have been already paid for. These people didn’t get this way by being impromptu. This is how they cover their tracks. Gesundheit.

Has that been verified? He may be paralegal staff.

Nah, he was in the international division, that I did read. But he appears gay, so he'd better not close his eyes.

Professional rioter:

It is used to describe individuals who participate in riots with the intent to commit criminal acts for personal gain or to incite violence and chaos. Some might participate in riots as a means to an end, to achieve broader criminological objectives, or opportunistically take advantage of the situation for criminal activity. And he knew he couldn’t get away. I think he was hired with promises. Many of the agitator are and some have been identified at different events that went wrong..

And we know the left has been hiring rioters to attend functions and create violence needed to get attention for the topic involved. And they are bailed out and their fine paid by outside sources like Soros and some by money from the web like begslist.org. There are others.

You might be surprised. According to DW and ANI news 113 of the 330 that were arrested at the LA riots in June were illegals. It’s a strong union.

And if he’s gay in prison, his eyes will be wide open. He’ll be popular.
