A Chinese navy vessel collided with one of its own coast guard ships while pursuing a Philippine patrol boat in the South China Sea on Monday, according to Manila officials who released video footage of the incident.

Isn’t a Coast Guard supposed to rescue people? Not spray them with water cannon?
From the video it looks like the Chinese boat to the aft was trying to push the Philippino boat into getting its propellor and shaft cut by the bow of the Chinese boat from starboard, and mistimed it. The aft boat is probably a complete loss and the starboard boat will need millions in hull repair.

It’s a good thing that China has state of the art shipbuilding facilities. While they make the necessary repairs, they can retrofit them with hypersonic and stealth technology.
To paraphrase El Rush-Bo, if only we could export DEI to our enemies, they would defeat themselves.

We’ve been told over and over by doomsayers that the Chinese navy is growing like mushrooms after a rainstorm, that they build a several dozen war-fighting ships and subs for every one we build. But those ships will certainly be crippled by the same corrupt “tofu dregs” construction and corruption that plagues the rest of the Chinese economy. And, what’s more, all those ships will be manned by Chinese recruits. We like to laugh at our trannie-infested, politically-correct DEI military, but they’d still run rings around their Chinese counterparts.

The CCP are an enormous bully.
They routinely use large coast guard ships to intercept and attack small Philippine vessels with water canon and laser dazzlers - within Philippine waters.
CCP can go to hell. It’ll be fun to watch China’s implosion economically and as a society.
